What a joy to be able to put together and taste all of these great wines, including 8 Grands Crus from this
great region.  The wines were stunning examples of the character of each vineyard and village where the
grapes were grown.  If anyone has ever been sceptical of the notion of "terroir", tasting all of these wines
from the same producer should put any doubts to rest.  Although the 2000 vintage was not considered
great, these lighter styled wines drank wonderfully today.
