FEE SCHEDULE FOR PRIVATE EVENTS:
Event up to 20 guests, 6 to 10 distinct wines; 2 hours: $300 plus costs
Event up to 50 guests, 6 to 10 distinct wines; 2 hours: $400 plus costs
Each hour beyond 2 hours: $100/hour
Outside Los Angeles County: Negotiable
Private Wine Classes up to 10 persons (3 classes min.): $100/hour plus costs
Payment Terms:
Entire fee payable, in advance, to Peter Nelson.
Cancellation fee: 5 days or less prior to event-- ½ of total payment due.
All costs of wines to be advanced by event host/organizer prior to purchase.
Should Nelson Wine Company or Peter Nelson advance any costs for any of the wines, the
event host/organizer shall reimburse Peter Nelson immediately upon notification.
